To be a bit more precise:
The total column in the screenshot would be total amount of org.unit
children, grandchildren and so on. Some of these have not been assigned
to a group in the services group set, that's why they don't show up as
any of the sub-totals (ART, HCT, PMCTC etc). The online demo is build
5014, so I guess you would see a "none" column if you updated to this build.
If the org unit group set "Services" is compulsory, you should be able
to find a list of all org units that have not been assigned under
Maintenance -> Data Administration -> Data Integrity.
