Dear stephen,
Sometime when you install DHIS2 it happens and you find DHIS2 is not opening:
Please check if this is not problem:
-The name of the database, password postgres and hibernate properties
-Tomcat port "8080" and 8088 if you have either skype that have already used
default port.
