Hi Stephen, ( I assume you are using the mydatamart+excel pivot tables combination).
Make sure you have done these steps: 1) In DHIS2: exported the data in question to datamart (in Reports->Data Mart). 2) In mydatamart (assuming metadata is already downloaded): a) downloaded data for the facilities and months in question b) make sure the excel file you are using is linked to the correct datamart (use the re-link existing excel file feature in mydatamart) 3) in Excel: that you have a pivot table for facility level data and that this is refreshed successfully If you still cannot see the data, let us know. NOTE: If you are referring to the web-based pivot tables inside DHIS, then step 1) should be enough.
