Hi all, We've created an anonymous event data entry screen for entering Child Death Audit forms into DHIS-2 but have a couple of issues:
1. Once an event is entered and data entry completed, there appears to be no way to retrieve it for corrections or further editing - say by supervisors at the district or national level. 2. If you do not press complete, nobody else can create another anonymous event. 3. We're trying to use section forms so that the form can be in both French and English, but can't seem to find a way to hide the column Provided Elsewhere (see below).
