Hi all, In Cauca we've just updated DHIS2.
Version:2.11-SNAPSHOT Build revision: 9341 And everything seems to be normal until we've tryed to complete any data set form. We enter some value, and then when you push complete it show this error: An exception occurred Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page.
