Dear Malawezi,
Check if that specific Dataset you are using is assigned to all of those
facilities in Chitipa or Karonga. You may find the one missing does not report
on that specified dataset and reduce the number...................

Subject: [Dhis2-users] Reporting Rate Summary
Hie All,
When I run the "Reporting Rate Summary" I get something like the one below. The
problem is that there are 9 facilities in Chitipa but I get 10 on "Target".
Also in Karonga there are 19 facilities but target is 20 o "Target". Can
someone explain to me what is going on.
