Hi, Iam Joseph from Dodoma Tanzania wanting to implement SMS functionality in DHIS2 ver2.10. I have tried to install some SMS gateways but it failed to start SMS service. May you help me on steps to follow in order for the system to esnd and receive SMS. I tried these SMS gaeways; Kanel and SMSlib. Thanks in advance
