Hi Sovello, Greetings from your neighbor to the south, Zambia. We also have challenges trying to download the war file over mobile" broadband" here. Best way is to use a download manager or a command line tool like "aria2" or "wget". Really depends on what platform you are on, but if it is Windows, and you are on a mobile broadband connection, a download manager will help a lot to compensate for broken/dropped connections.
