I restarted the DHIS server and it works now. As you also mentioned, one of the
users experienced the problem again but after changing browser it was resolved.
I also encountered it again but when I tried Chrome Incognito and IE that I
haven't used for it before. The problem did not surface.
It must have cached the issues.

did this start occurring after updating from 2.10 to 2.11? Does the same thing
