Thanks Knut, I used the pivot table to run a report on the facility then obtained the UID which I then added to the url i.e. http://test.hiskenya.org/api/organisationUnits/[UID], I have not read through the entire manual but I am very grateful for the quick feedback. I will certainly use the search feature on the URL. I was wondering why it was not part of the UI. rgds David Muturi
