I'm investigating the possibilities to create a reporting module to DHIS2 from another HIS, using the web API. On the web demo, I created a data entry clerk user in one facility, so that my software can use that profile to send its reports. Using the web API with those credentials, I can enter data for another unrelated facility. Note that I can't do the same if I use the web pages instead. Is this normal or am I missing something?
