Hi Riddy, the constants can be used inside indicator and validation rule expressions to make them more maintainable.
One use-case: In ARV stock management, one recons that a quantity of drugs ordered will cover 4 persons. This value is used in hundreds of indicators but is likely to change some time in the future.
