Dear Developers,
Am not sure if it was intended to work like it is now.
When you reply to a DHIS2 message even the person had written to only you
the reply goes to all DHIS2 users. Which to me is reply to all including
uncopied and cced users.
I think this ends up sending unnecessary messages to all users it should be
between the the two or group or orgunits only.
