Dear All, Department of Health Services, Southern Province, Sri Lanka, as a part of facility survey, need to record the electricity bills, telephone bills and water bills, separately. There may be several telephone bills for a single organization. It is necessary to analyse bills for a single telephone as well as all telephones together.
