Hi Lamin I just forwarded to the list what looks like might be an interesting opportunity. To be honest I am not 100% sure for who. But given what we have seen over the past few years with dhis2 but also no doubt with other applications, internet infrastructure is becoming more and more critical to the functioning of health (and probably other) ministries. So the more knowledge there is in government around the basics of internet governance, regulatory frameworks, domain name system etc the better able to manage this dependency.
