True but even at that link, Chrome is recommended.

DHIS 2 is written according to the W3C standard for HTML and CSS and runs on
any standard compliant web browser like Chrome,Firefox, Opera, Safari 4 and
Internet Explorer 8+. The DHIS 2 team recommends Chrome as it provides
excellent performance for Javascript-intensive applications like DHIS 2.

Deemoyes,

So far we have used Mozilla Firefox at users end for accessing On Line
Applications' DHIS 2,
Perhaps, users can access DHIS 2 on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and IE 8+,
One can get some idea about browser recommendation on link given with section,
'Runs on all major's web browser', i think it should be some thing like "Runs
on all web browser"

Hi Brajesh,

The official browser which I have always known is Google Chrome. Except things
have changed though. Maybe the developers need to clarify this.

@Lars, Jason, etc....Please what is the recommended browser.

Hello Everybody,

We should follow officially recommended browser for accessing DHIS 2
functionality, which is
Mozilla Firefox. I am using Mozilla Firefox 29.0.1 and so far did't find any
issue as mentioned
in trail email.

Thanks

We are using Chrome mostly and have noticed that if you are using an earlier
version some things don’t display.  For example in the GIS module users of the
earlier version did not see the menu option: “Legend”.  As soon as we upgraded
it reappeared… might be a problem of cache.
