Note that I did try a clean installation for both v2.15 and 2.16 on my machine. Ver 2.15 worked well ==> it generated the analytics tables. While 2.16 raised this error: Process failed: Illegal instant due to time zone offset transition (daylight savings time 'gap'): 1975-04-30T22:00:00.000 (Asia/Beirut) The log file is attached for more details. Actually, I don’t have any data in 1975. However, when I added the org units to the system, I set the opening date to an arbitrary date of 01/01/1970 for all org units. I don’t know if this is related to the problem. To check this, I changed the opening dates to “01/01/2013” and the problem still exists. Actually, as I previously indicated, the error is appearing on a clean database without adding anything to it. Note: I am using v 2.16 rev. 16320 . I hope this helps. Awaiting your feedback.
