Hi, Can anyone advise how you can prevent duplication of records in Patient tracker and if there's a way of using system generated unique IDs for each record? As I see it currently if you add identical records already existing in the system DHIS2 still accepts them, is there a way of setting/configuring uniquely identifying each record instead of manually creating unique IDs which have to be entered as a field at data entry.
