Hi Felix, I have also got this message a few times. This is probably an issue the developers need to look into. To get around the problem in the meantime, just modify the Data Entry form Name slightly, maybe with a 1 at the end or something similar. That should help you save the form for now. You can change the name back to the original if you want.
