Dear All, I am customizing DHIS2 for a hospital Information management system. I want to design a form for data entry for multiple organization units once.
- because form contain only few data elements - which will fast data entry ( going to orgunit tree to select orgunit will take extra time compare to excel sheet already used) screen shot of the excel form currently used in hospital, is as follow.
