Hello friends. When adding a new data element in an existing program the following error occurs:
*"An exception Occurred* *Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page".* The Dhis2 version is: 2.16. Thank you very much. Best regards, *Marko David Garcia M.*
