Hi Muhammad, You will need to make changes to the translation files and recompile the application, in this case, the English property files.
You can read about localization here. https://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/implementer/html/ch19.html However, if you choose to do this (at least for the English strings), this will effectively be a "fork" of the source code, and you would need to keep your own branch up to date.
