I see - you are actually right, Sokha. We have intentionally crippled the superuser for the online demo to avoid people messing up the demo too much, and one of the restrictions is actually that you cannot edit the user roles....this is a bit unfortunate.
If you set up your own instance starting with an empty database, you will have complete access also to this functionality. Or you can just continue with the online demo and use the admin user instead of your own user. But please be aware that we erase the online demo completely every night, so all your work will be lost. Therefore, I would strongly recommend downloading and running your own database.
