I can't see https://code.launchpad.net/~dhis2-devs-core/dhis2/emro_ir because I'm not DHIS 2 core developer <https://launchpad.net/~dhis2-devs-core> In which version we can find the Interface style "green for right to left" (I suppose it is different from the normal "green" style).
