Hi David, Unfortunately, I think it would be hard to handle all of the DHIS2-specific tasks through a general user interface like webmin, though managing Tomcat and Postgres seems feasible.
Are you using dhis2-tools? You could conceivably create a simple web frontend to scripts around dhis2-tools, but that could be quite some work also. Would outsourcing the hosting be an option?
