Thanks Seid for strengthening the use of ICD-10. Kenya already using the
ICD-10 customized onto DHIS. All, ICD-10 codes and even morphology of neoplasm
is already don't.The training of coders and certifiers also is ongoing with
great result been achieved. The training material should be customize to meet
country business process. Also, the material should focus on death notification
and morbidity captured with focus on who does what and source document to be
used to extract the data. We also struggle to address some of the cabbage
codes.

doc)? Here at the Ministry of Health in Ethiopia they are planning to provide
such a training before a pilot and the online training tool is not suited for
such a training. They would much prefer a printable format.
