Hello Gorka, When you say "still cannot assign to organization unit" - are you saying you are not able to access the menu to assign or you are able to assign but that is not having any effect?
To assign a program to an organisation unit, you just click on the program name and a context menu will show up - there you an an option to assign program to organisation units. -- Abyot A. Gizaw.
