Hi DHIS2 community! Is it possible to run DHIS2 to rural health center in offline mode (not cloud-based, health center has no Internet)? The database will be exported afterwards and shall be sync'd to online DHIS2 instance that will serve as an integrated data warehouse for many offline rural health centers?
