We recently shared 'DHIS2 curriculum' on GitHub - a free training resource, complimentary to the University of Oslo Academy. The resource includes links to the user manual, workshops, custom videos and assignments. Relying on Microsoft OneNote, we've laid out 15 units and 30+ assignments to help beginner users plan for, design, and configure a DHIS2 instance.
