Dear Team, I have created a program but when trying assigning attributes to program it gives an error and then not assigning it. when i looked to logs its shows that its sending an empty programattributeid to programattribute table which violents the contraints. i have tried to use dhis 2.22 and 2.21 and didint work.
Any help please will be appreciated Thanks Tuzo
