If you click the name of an organisation unit in the tree on the left (not the
check box next to the name), this should set that organisation unit as the
current "context" for the group selection boxes on the right. The controls on
the right should then be enabled, and any operation you do will apply to all
organisation units within the one that's set as the current context.

It's easy to see how this functionality is not obvious though, so we'll try to
improve the interface a bit.

Dear Nicolay,

Yes it works if I assign it manually by clicking in the organization unit but
I can’t select by level or group or even unselect all,

This problem happen after I changed the war file to get new revision to take
advantage of new features in this revision like “select parent while add new
organization unit “

Did you try clicking on an organisation unit in the tree?

Dears,

I upgrade dhis2 2.25 from old Build revision to last one (Build revision:
1bb300b), but the “Select a parent organisation unit” in data set is disabled,
so I have to assign manually

Server: Linux Ubuntu 16.04

Database: PostgreSQL

Any solution?
