Dear DHIS community, We have an issue with putting the health facilities into groups, We have a 3 group: Hospitals, Health centres, and health units created in our system but the issue is with the facilities linked to these groups , each time we group the facilities we end up loosing the grouping done and we did this exercise several times. The groups them selves are there but we loose the facilities linked to each group. What might be the problem? and how can it be fixed?
