When data is captured and tagged to data set categories the reporting rates are based on the organization unit tagging under the category option.
However in a scenario where some category options are not known/ missing and an 'unknown' category option is added to the category as an alternative for the missing value, then the reporting rates will never be correct (above 50%). Since such a configuration supports partner reporting, i.e. donors, implementing partners, etc, Is it possible to maintain that configuration and also have reporting rates based on the organization unit tagging under the dataset? regards, Sam Kasozi +256 788-993-565 Skype: sam.kasoziug
