I have on my system the following TTF/T1 font packages: ghostscript-fonts-5.50-7 urw-fonts-2.0-26 XFree86-truetype-fonts-4.2.0-72 ttfonts-zh_CN-2.11-29 ttfonts-zh_TW-2.11-15
They work well in general.
