Please, no!  It's bad enough unixheads 35 years ago decided to tack on the
year after the time (mustn't disturb precedent), and that every country
has at least one way to format the date.  Let's not invent something when
there's so much to choose from!  

I think Principle of Least Astonishment augurs to leave things as they
are.  It also has the advantage of putting the most interesting
information first, helpful if the whole Subject line can't be displayed.
