if you would like to see your SysML tools included with dia, I suggest
that you file a bug report ("Enhancement") with all necessary files
attached. Make sure that
all source files contain a GPL license header like the other Dia source files
so that the licensing is clear.

Once this is done, you can "announce" your bug on the dia mailing list.
