Note: If they distribute the program (gratis or for a price) to someone, that someone is entitled under the GPL to access the source code. However, you or I cannot request the source code. They may also charge a reasonable fee for distribution of the source code, e.g. the cost of the medium and possible the work involved in burning a CD.
