Export it as a PNG image (use the plain PNG format, the list is kind of
long and chaotic) and it'll ask you for the size of the image. Then import
the saved image as a graphic in Word (Insert→Graphics).

I create a diagram OK but when I copy it to a WORD doc the diagram is
