Delurking... I have similar problems with "Standard - Line" -- same version for MS Windows. I get an error similar to the one below. All I do is barely touch the offending line with my cursor and it corrects itself (i.e., the "bad" green endpoint turns into a "good" red endpoint). I even magnified the diagram to see how close the line is to the connection point, but it looks like all the other lines connected to connection points. BTW, my lines are connected to SADT boxes, if that makes a difference. I examined the 'before' and 'after' .dia files and the delta in the coordinates was beyond the third decimal point.

One of my BezierLines became disconnected from its object (which was on another layer, but other curvs connected to objects on other layers are ok, so... um...)
