Yes, I can confirm that.  I am using Win 7 and Dia 0.97.1

I got Dia to exit by picking on the window X in the upper right then tabbing
to select the <exit without save> button and hitting enter.  Trying again I
got the window to die with picking the X this time. This is not dependable.

I can also delete the ellipse with a ctrl-z combo, but it is still stuck.

The windows 7 task bar will let me close the window.

I tried the T for text keystroke and that also caused the same lockup.

What hangs seems to be the cursor for stretching the ellipse.  Keystrokes
still work, the rulers are showing cursor position, but the cursor won't
shake loose of the four pointed arrow.
