Hi, Rotation support in Dia has been asked for many times. Finally there's a first version of a Rotation plugin available:
http://dia-installer.de/doc/rotation.html.en I've also committed the script to Dia's git repository. Note that the plugin will not rotate all object types, thus it is currently most useful for shape creators. I've added some TODOs to the page, I'm sure that you'll have some more.
