There is an "unfinished corner" in the area of PNG exporters. I rely on the --size option for PNG exports, but it is only supported by the "png-libart" output filter, not (yet) by Cairo. OTOH, Cairo supports transformations etc. It would be nice to allow --size together with Cairo.
