I can always get a line to snap to the leg of a resistor regardless of the
size of the grid and how it lines up with the leg - even when the leg is
between grid lines.
Once I have attached the line to the resistor I can have the grid snap
enabled and move the resistor anywhere and the line tracks, or with the grid
snap off the line tracks and the resistor can be placed anywhere.
