I know nothing about that AppImage

This is a packaging issue, if you really want to use AppImage track down
whoever made the AppImage an ask them to fix it

I would guess that hasn't be rebuilt in a while so expects an older zlib
(1.2.9) than your system (1.2.11), you might be able to dual install that old
version
