Dia is very nice. Here are a few things that I have noticed. Sorry, no
patches yet.
1) Sometimes the tabs in the properties dialogs have no text in them.
2) Sometimes the shortcut keys don't work at all (ctrl-c/v/x, ctrl-d).
3) I thought the file format was xml, but the files I save are in a
binary format. It would be easier if the files were text, then I could
write a filter to convert between dia and Rational Rose.
