load file crash

Someone else must be experiencing this problem... when I try to load a
saved diagram, dia crashes unceremoniously - no error message, no
nothing, just core dump.  I'm running version 0.41 with no patches.
If nobody else has this problem, might it be something wrong with my
libraries?
