Just go ahead. I would really like to see such a tool. But Oracle would
be nice too. Not everyone who can afford the tools you mentioned wants
to do his work under windows.
It is also nice for the Educational/University environment where you
might have Oracle but can not decide what to buy next because you
are only a student.
Btw.: I am currently writing my diploma thesis which might feature a
dia drawing. After reading this list for a few days now I am thinking
about adding missing objects myself. It does not sound too hard after
all.
