Ummm, I'm no RPM expert or anything, but it seems you set version to 0
and release to 80. This is a bit strange, and the old rpm had version 0.41
and release 1, this seems better. Probably the new rpms has problems
installing over the old one too.
Could you use the dia.spec file in cvs instead? Or update your specs to
Version 0.80, release 1.
I've temporaly removed (commented out) the rpms from the website.
