Dia Capablilities

I was very interested when I saw someone point out this Dia (Visio like)
program on #freebsd.  

I've looked briefly at the web page and was curious about support for
Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams or Process Flow Diagrams.  Are there
plans to include support for this type of diagramming?
