The three RPMS I have installed while making this RPM are:
libxml-1.4.0-1
libxml10-1.0.0-2
libxml-devel-1.4.0-1
You could try installing with --nodeps if you are sure that
the xml rpms are installed. Of course, be sure to read the
dia documentation as per minimum version of libxml.
